These Measures, consisting of 34 Articles, are enacted in order to standardize the construction and management of full-time fire brigades.
The people's governments at all levels shall integrate fire control work into the plan for national economic and social development, and bring the construction of the professional fire brigade into the government target accountability system, and carry out the regular inspections and examinations.
