Abstract
These Measures aim to ensure the implementation of the Flood Control Law of the people's Republic of China in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The Text consists of 31 Articles.
Flood control planning shall be in consistence with the comprehensive planning of river basins and regions. The Measures provide for the requirements for preparation and approval of flood control planning. The people's governments at or above the county level shall, in the financial budget of the government at the corresponding level, arrange flood control funds, for the control and rescue of large disastrous floods and the rehabilitation of flood control engineering facilities damaged by such floods.
