Measures of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region for land remediation.

The purpose of these Measures is to standardize the land remediation activities, to achieve the dynamic balance of the total amount of arable land, and conservation and intensive use of land, so as to protect the sustainable use of land resources. The Measures consist of 54 Articles.
The Measures provide for the land remediation plan development and approval, land remediation project design, maintenance of land tenure, etc. Any unit or individual shall not arbitrarily adjust the land tenure in the name of land remediation.
