Abstract
These Measures are enacted in accordance with the Interim Measures for Social Assistance, aiming to improve the minimum subsistence guarantee system.
The Measures consist of 41 Articles divided into 6 Chapters: General provisions; Guarantee Standards; Application, Review and Approval; Supervision and Administration; Legal Liabilities; Supplementary provisions.
The people's governments at or above the county level shall incorporate the work of minimum living security into their local economic and social development plans, and allocate the funds for the work of minimum living security in the financial budget. The Autonomous Region shall establish a unified platform for family economic status inquiry and verification.
