Abstract
These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, aiming to regulate the filing of enterprise standards on food safety.
Food production enterprises are encouraged to formulate enterprise standards that are stricter than the national or local food safety standards, and report to the provincial competent health authority for the record. Enterprise standard filing refers to the process by which the competent health authority registers, archives, publishes, and makes reference to enterprise standards that are stricter than national or local food safety standards. The provincial competent health authority is responsible for the provincial enterprise standard filing work; the Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention is responsible for the technical review the enterprise standards.
