Abstract
These measures are formulated in accordance with the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, aiming to regulate the management of the health food raw material catalogue and the management of the catalogue of health functions that health foods are allowed to claim. The Text consists of 26 articles divided into 4 Chapters: General Provisions; Health Food Raw Material Catalogue Management; Health Function Catalogue Management; Supplementary Provisions.
The state administration of market supervision and administration, together with the state health commission and the state administration of traditional Chinese medicine, shall formulate, adjust and publish the catalogue of raw materials for health care food. The state administration of market supervision and administration shall be in charge of examining the materials to be included or adjusted in the list of raw materials of health food submitted by the evaluation institutions.
