Measures of Heilongjiang province for the administration of licenses for the breeding stock and poultry production and business operations.

These Measures, consisting of 20 articles, are formulated in accordance with the provisions of the Animal Husbandry Law of the People's Republic of China, aiming to strengthen the management of the breeding stock and poultry production and business operation licenses, regulate the production and business operations of breeding stock and poultry, ensure the quality of the species, and promote the development of animal husbandry.
The Measures provide for conditions, rules, procedures and requirements to be satisfied for the application, examination, and issuance of the licenses for production and business operations of breeding stock and poultry in Heilongjiang province. In addition, the Measures set out the rules for offences and penalties.
