Measures of Henan province for the examination and issuance of breeding stock and poultry production and business operation permits.

These Measures, consisting of 15 articles, are formulated in accordance with the provisions of Article 24 of the Animal Husbandry Law of the People's Republic of China, aiming to strengthen the administration of breeding stock and poultry, regulate the production and business operations of breeding stock and poultry, promote the livestock and poultry breeding system, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the producers and business operators.
The Measures provide for requirements and rules to be satisfied for the application, examination, and issuance of the permits for production and business operations of breeding stock and poultry in Henan province.
