Abstract
The purpose of these Measures is to strengthen the management of urban domestic waste in the province, improve the living environment, promote the construction of ecological civilization, and ensure sustainable economic and social development.
The Measures provide for the rules and requirements to be satisfied by the activities such as facility planning and construction, source reduction, classified management, resource utilization, harmless treatment, supervision and management of domestic waste in urban built-up areas.
