Measures of Hubei Province for Administration of the Nature Reserves of Forest and Wildlife.

These Measures, consisting of 31 articles, aim to strengthen the construction and management of nature reserves of forest and wild animal category, and maintain the biodiversity and natural ecological balance in Hubei Province.
The Measures govern the establishment and management of the nature reserves of forest and wild animals, and the scientific research, production, business operation, tourism and other activities therein. The provincial competent administrative department of forestry shall be responsible for administration of the nature reserves of forest and wild animals. The provincial competent administrative department of environmental protection shall be responsible for the supervision and inspection of the environmental protection in the nature reserves of forest and wild animals and the comprehensive coordination with the nature reserves of another category.
