Measures of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region for the administration of breeding stock and poultry production and business operation licenses.

The purpose of these Measures is to regulate the production and business operations of breeding stock and poultry, and protect and utilize livestock and poultry genetic resources. The Measures consists of 5 Chapters divided into 33 articles: General provisions (I); Application (II); On-site review (III); Examination, approval, supervision and inspection (IV); Supplementary provisions (V).
The Measures provide for conditions, rules and requirements to be satisfied for the application, examination, and issuance of the licenses for production and business operations of breeding stock and poultry in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. In addition, rules on supervision and inspection are set out in Chapter IV.
