Measures of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region for handling agricultural and animal husbandry machinery accidents.

The purpose of these Measures is to regulate the handling of agricultural and animal husbandry machinery accidents, maintain the order of safety in production and protect the lawful rights and interests of the parties. The Text consists of 35 Articles.
The Measures provide for the procedures and rules to be followed for handling agricultural and animal husbandry machinery accidents. The competent agriculture and animal husbandry mechanization authorities at or above county level shall be responsible for the responsibility identification, mediation and handling of the accidents within their respective administrative areas.
