Abstract
These Measures, consisting of 17 Articles, are enacted to strengthen the management of international navigation ships entering and exiting ports of the People's Republic of China, facilitate the entry and exit of ships, and improve port efficiency.
Ships holding health certificates may apply for telecommunications quarantine from customs by their owners or agents. Customs may implement quarantine at the anchorage on ships coming from animal and plant epidemic areas and the animals and plants, animal and plant products and other quarantine objects loaded on ships(Art.10-11).
