Abstract
The purpose of these Measures is to regulate the investigation and handling of environmental emergencies. The Measures consist of 23 articles.
The Measures provide for the content, procedures, and requirements for the investigation and handling of the causes, natures and liabilities of environmental emergencies.
The report on the investigation of environmental emergencies shall be developed after finding out the basic situation of the environmental emergencies. The competent environmental protection authority shall, in accordance with the law, disclose to the public the information on the conclusions of the investigation, the results of assessment of environmental impacts and losses, etc.
