Abstract
These Measures are developed to strengthen and standardize the management of central budget investments in special projects for pollution control, improve the efficiency of the use of central funds, and mobilize the enthusiasm of social capital to participate in pollution control.
The investment shall focus on supporting the construction of environmental infrastructure, clean production transformation in key industries, environmental governance in key areas, water pollution control, and water conservation.
