Abstract
These Measures, consisting of 28 articles, are enacted to strengthen pet feed management and ensure the quality and safety of pet feed products, so as to promote the development of pet feed industry.
The enterprises to be engaged in the production of pet compound feeds and pet additive premix feed products shall comply with the " Conditions for the Pet Feed Production Enterprise Licenses", apply to the provincial competent feed management authorities of the production sites, and obtain the feed production licenses according to law. Pet business operators should check the pet feed product labels and product quality inspection certificates when they purchase the goods. For pet compound feeds and pet additive premix feed products, they should also check the feed production licenses, import registration licenses and other documents.
