Abstract
These Measures aim to standardize the recycling activities of scrapped motor vehicles, protect the environment, promote the development of circular economy and ensure road traffic safety. The Text consists of 28 Articles.
The state implements a qualification certification system for scrapped motor vehicle recycling enterprises. No unit or individual may engage in the recycling of scrapped motor vehicles without qualification. Entities engaged in dismantling scrapped motor vehicles shall comply with environmental protection laws, regulations and compulsory standards, and take effective measures to protect the environment, and shall not cause environmental pollution.
