Abstract
These Measures are formulated to strengthen earthquake early warning management, reduce earthquake disaster losses, and protect the safety of people's lives and property. The Measures consist of 26 Articles.
The competent department for earthquake work of the People's Government of the Autonomous Region shall, organize the construction of a unified earthquake early warning system for the entire region in accordance with relevant standards for earthquake early warning.; encourage citizens, legal persons, and other organizations to participate in the construction of earthquake early warning systems in accordance with the law, carry out innovation in earthquake early warning technology, product research and development, and application of achievements.
