Measures of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region for the Administration of Forest Parks.

These Measures, consisting of 23 Articles, are enacted to strengthen the management of forest parks, rationally utilize forest landscape resources, and develop forest tourism.
The forestry and grassland management departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the supervision and management of forest parks within their respective administrative areas. The forest park business operation management agencies and units or individuals that use all or contracted or leased forest resources to construct forest parks (forest park business operation units) are responsible for the planning, construction, operation and management of forest parks. The forest park business operation units shall perform the forest park protection and management agreement, maintain the forest park construction and operation order, and improve the service level.
