Abstract
These Measures are formulated to strengthen the management of forest parks, make rational use of forest scenic resources, and develop forest tourism.
The Measures consist of 23 Articles. The construction of forest parks should undergo overall planning and design. Newly built forest parks should comply with relevant national standards. The construction and protection management funds of forest parks shall be raised through multiple channels. Enterprises and individuals are encouraged and supported to build and operate forest parks.
