Abstract
These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Tax Collection, the Interim Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Urban Land Use Tax and relevant laws and regulations. The Measures consist of 10 Articles.
Urban land use tax shall be collected by the local Taxpayers who use land across cities or counties (districts) shall pay urban land use tax to the competent tax authorities in the place where the land is located.
