Measures of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region for Land Reserve.

These Measures are formulated in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations such as the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China and the Implementation Regulations of the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, aiming to strengthen the macroeconomic control of the land market and optimize the allocation of land resources.
The Measures consist of 20 Articles.
The land reserve referred to in these Measures means the act of the people's government at or above the county level storing the land obtained through recovery, acquisition, and expropriation for development and construction, and reasonably allocating land resources (art.2). The following land may be included in the reserve scope: （1）State owned land lawfully recovered; （2） Land acquired; （3）Land acquired through exercising the right of first refusal; （4）Land that has completed the approval procedures for the conversion and expropriation of agricultural land and has been expropriated;（5） Other legally acquired land (art.6). When rural collective land is expropriated for reserve, the examination and approval procedures should be completed in accordance with the law (art.8).
