Abstract
These Measures are enacted in accordance with the State Council's "Interim Measures for Social Assistance" to solve the temporary difficulties of family or individual life in the event of an emergency, accidental injury, major illness, etc.
The Measures consist of 30 Articles divided into 7 Chapters: General provisions; Beneficiaries of social assistance; Methods, standards and funding of social assistance; Application, review and approval procedures; Services and supervision and administration; Penalties; Supplementary provisions.
