Measures of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region for Wetland Inventory Management (Trial).

These Measures are enacted to strengthen the protection of wetland resources, establish a wetland classification system and standardize the certification and management of wetland inventory.
Wetlands are classified into important wetlands and general wetlands according to their importance and ecological functions. Important wetlands include national important wetlands (including international important wetlands), autonomous region level important wetlands, city and county (district) level important wetlands. The Measures make provisions, inter alia, for: certification standards; certification procedure; the content of inventory, adjustment of wetland inventory, naming of wetland, publication and filing of wetland inventory.
