Measures for Review and Assessment of Food Safety Work.

These Measures, consisting of 12 Articles, are enacted in accordance with the Food Safety Law, aiming to strengthen the food safety leadership, supervision and management responsibilities of local governments, continuously improve the capability of ensuring food safety, and protect public health and life safety.
The review and assessment shall be under the unified leadership of the Food Safety Committee of the State Council. The member units of the Food Safety Committee of the State Council shall supervise and inspect the implementation of the food safety supervision and management responsibilities of the people's governments of all provinces, regions and municipalities.
