Abstract
These Measures, consisting of 17 Articles, are formulated to further deepen the overall integration of agricultural funds and improve the performance of fiscal fund utilization.
The special funds for rural revitalization are mainly used for the following aspects: （1） Expenditure on agricultural green development and technology promotion. （2） Agricultural technology innovation and seed source development expenditure 3） Expenditure on agricultural sector capacity building. （4） Agricultural inclusive financial expenditure. （5） Rural living environment improvement expenditure. （6） Agricultural disaster relief and reduction expenditure; etc.
