Memorandum of understanding between the China National Energy Administration and the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy of the Kingdom of Norway on cooperation in the sphere of petroleum.

The two Parties are willing to strengthen consultation and exchange with petroleum activities related policies, petroleum sector strategy, technology, projects and personnel training, and create opportunities for cooperation between the petroleum enterprises of the two countries. The main cooperation areas include: · Mutual exchange of information in the planning and development of in field of petroleum and gas; · Exchange views on the development and prospects of the global and regional energy markets, and including environment-related matters; · Briefing each other the existing and potential forms of cooperation on a commercial basis between enterprises of both countries.
