Abstract
Both parties agree to communicate with each other and exchange SPS issues, including, but not limited to: (a) information of the respective countries on the implementation of the World Trade Organization / Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS / WTO) rules and international standards, guidelines and recommendations; (b) the relevant laws, regulations and standards of the respective countries; (c) inspection and quarantine procedures, methods and techniques of the respective countries; (d) information on the SPS advisory points of respective countries; (e) the relevant information the Parties concerned about the pests, epidemic diseases, toxic and harmful chemical residues and control measures; (f) non-conformity situation of the entry exit inspection and quarantine, including the information of the pathogens, quality safety, packaging, marking, etc. and emergency events; (g) the certification of agricultural products and foods, and the registration of the food processing enterprise and safety risk assessment of animals and plants.
