Abstract
Both Parties decided to strengthen and expand cooperation in the fields of trade, investment, and economic cooperation. The cooperative areas include: (I) Expanding Bilateral Trade and Mutual Investment; (II) Oil and Gas-The two sides will strengthen cooperation in the development of oil and natural gas resources and encourage enterprises to participate in commercial cooperation in the upstream and downstream fields of oil and natural gas, especially in the development, production, processing and sales of crude oil, liquefied natural gas and petrochemical products; (III) Agricultural Cooperation- to promote cooperation in agricultural products, food processing and post-harvest technology, food safety and sustainable agricultural development, technology transfer, joint ventures in agricultural production and sales, and information exchange. (IV) Infrastructure Development - to strengthen cooperation in the areas of public infrastructure such as energy, water supply systems, and ports.
