Memorandum of understanding between the National Energy Administration of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Resources of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan on the establishment of the energy working group.

The Parties plan to establish an energy working group to carry out the cooperation in the energy field. The purpose of the working group is to strengthen understanding of energy issues, promote the exchange of information on energy policies and technologies, carry out the practical cooperation in the energy field. The working group mainly cooperates in the following areas: (a) Oil and gas; (b) Coal; (c) conventional electricity; (d) nuclear power; (e) Renewable energy.
