Memorandum of Understanding between the People's Republic of China and the Royal Thai Government on Promoting Trade, Investment, and Economic Cooperation.

The two Parties agreed to work together to further strengthen the existing close cooperation between the relevant agencies and promote the development of bilateral trade in accordance with the market principles consistent with the objectives of this Memorandum of Understanding.   The two Parties noticed that a joint committee on trade, investment and economic cooperation will be established. This committee will discuss various ways of expanding bilateral trade and make recommendations.
