Memorandum of Understanding between the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the Cooperation of Entry and Exit Plant Inspection and Quarantine.

The purpose of this Protocol is to strengthen the cooperation and exchange between the two countries in the sphere of entry and exit plant inspection and quarantine. Entry and Exit Plant Inspection and Quarantine. The two Parties agreed to carry out inspection and quarantine according to the requirements of the importing country for the plants and plant products that send to each other, and issue a phytosanitary certificate that complies with the IPPC regulations. The certificate is to be filled out in the official language of the country and in English.
