Memorandum of understanding on cooperation between the government of the People's Republic of China and the government of the Malaysia in the sphere of the World Trade Organization agreement on technical barriers to trade.

In accordance with the laws of their respective countries and the principles of the WTO / TBT agreement, the two Parties agree to ensure that the import and export products meet the requirements of safety, health, environmental protection and anti fraud, and make the technical barriers to trade to the lowest level.
