Memorandum of understanding on cooperation between the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Economic Affairs of the United States of Mexico in the field of mining.

The purpose of this Memorandum is to expand and strengthen the bilateral cooperation in the field of mining and productive investment.
The two Parties agreed to carry out the following activities in accordance with the existing laws and regulations, as well as specific cooperation projects between the two countries: to carry out the exchange of information in the field of mining, and for the training in China Mexico mining, metallurgy, trade and other aspects of professional personnel to provide convenience; to promote the enterprises of two countries to cooperate on development, exploration, development, processing and related infrastructure construction of mineral resources; to encourage enterprises to carry out cooperation in mineral resources processing in Mexico, in order to increase the added value of mineral products.
