Memorandum of Understanding on Investment Cooperation in the Field of Agricultural Products Processing between the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Animal Husbandry of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China.

The two Parties agreed to set up enterprises in Pakistan in the field of agricultural products, food, fruit processing, and promote related exports to expand mutual cooperation. The two Parties shall encourage Chinese investors to invest in Pakistan in the following areas: (1) Fruit processing; (2) Food processing; (3) Poultry Processing Equipment and Technology; (4) Development of dairy products; (5) Production of pesticides, with emphasis on the production of active substances in pesticides.
