Abstract
This Standard is formulated to implement the Environmental Protection Law, the Law on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution caused by Solid Wastes and other laws and regulations, prevent and control environmental pollution, improve the quality of ecological environment, and standardize and guide the pollution control of waste plastic.
The Standard sets out pollution control and record-keeping requirements for industrial companies generating waste plastic as well as requirements for hazardous waste.
