Abstract
This National Food Safety Standard - Fermented Milk (GB 19302—2025) is issued by China's National Health Commission and State Administration for Market Regulation in accordance with the Food Safety Law. It is a mandatory standard. It supersedes the National Food Safety Standard - Fermented Milk (GB 19302—2010).
The Standard applies to fermented milk and flavored fermented milk. The Standard stipulates terms and definitions, raw material requirements, sensory requirements, physical and chemical indicators, contaminant limits, mycotoxin limits, microbial limits, lactic acid bacteria counts, food additives and nutritional fortifiers, and labeling requirements.
