Abstract
This Standard specifies the indicators of pathogenic bacteria in pre-packaged food, their maximum limit requirements, and inspection methods. The Standard is a compulsory standard. The Standard is applicable to pre-packaged foods in the category of Table 1 of the Standard, and is not applicable to foods that comply with commercial aseptic requirements, packaged drinking water, and natural mineral water.
According to the Standard, regardless of whether there is a limit on pathogenic bacteria, food production, processing, and business operators should take control measures to minimize the level of pathogenic bacteria in food and the likelihood of relevant risks.
