Abstract
This Standard specifies the indicators, limit requirements, and inspection methods for pathogenic bacteria in bulk ready to eat food. The Standard is a compulsory standard.
The Standard is applicable to bulk ready to eat food. It is not applicable to food in catering services, food subject to commercial aseptic requirements, and unprocessed or untreated primary agricultural products.
Aaccording to the Standard, regardless of whether there is a limit on pathogenic bacteria, food producers, processors, and business operators should take control measures to minimize the level of pathogenic bacteria in food and the likelihood of causing risks.
