National Food Safety Standard - Plastic Materials and Products for Food Contact (GB 4806.7-2023).

This document, GB 4806.7-2023, sets national food safety standard for plastic materials and products in contact with food in China, including unvulcanized thermoplastic elastomer materials and products. It also applies to starch-based plastic materials and products for food contact. It is a mandatory standard. The Standard specifies requirements for resins, additives, sensory properties, etc.
This Standard replaces GB 4806.6-2016 National Food Safety Standard Plastic Resins for Food Contact. The Standard also replaces GB 4806.7-2016 National Food Safety Standard Plastic Materials and Products for Food Contact.
