Abstract
According to the provisions of the Regulations on the Protection of New Plant Varieties and the Implementation Rules for the Regulations on the Protection of New Plant Varieties (Forestry Part), this Directory of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of New Varieties of Plants (Forestry and Grass Part) (VII) is hereby announced and shall come into effect on January 1, 2021.
