Abstract
These Rules are enacted to establish a land registration system to safeguard the socialist public ownership of land and protect the legitimate rights and interests of land users and landowners. The Rules consisting of 49 articles divided into 5 Chapters: General provisions; Initial land registration; Change of land registration; Land registration documents; Supplementary provisions.
Land registration is the registration of use right of state-owned land, collectively-owned land ownership, construction land use right of collectively-owned land, and other rights according to law. Land use right, land ownership and other rights registered according to law are protected by the law of the state, and no unit or individual may infringe upon them.
