Abstract
This Standard specifies the food safety requirements to be met by fresh (frozen) livestock and poultry products, including sensory requirements; physical and chemical indicators; limits of pollutants; pesticide residue limits; etc. The Standard is a compulsory standard.
Live animals and poultry before slaughter should be quarantined and inspected by the animal health supervision agency. This Standard applies to fresh (frozen) livestock and poultry products. The Standard does not apply to ready-to-eat raw meat products.
