Abstract
This standard specifies the basic requirements and management rules for places, facilities and personnel in the process of raw material procurement, processing, packaging, storage and transportation in the beverage production.
The Standard is a compulsory standard. The Standard applies to the production of beverages other than packaged drinking water.
The Standard emphasizes the requirements for food safety control in the production process, and formulates the main measures to control biological, chemical, and physical pollution, requirements for food raw materials, food additives, and food related products; inspection requirements; product recall, personnel, and personnel training requirements; record and document management requirements; etc. Appendix A includes the Microbial Monitoring Procedure for Beverage Processing.
