Abstract
This Standard specifies the basic requirements and management rules to be satisfied for the places, facilities, and personnel involved in the raw material procurement, processing, packaging, storage, and transportation of in the process of processing cereals into primary products such as rice, wheat flour through mechanical and other physical methods. The Standard is a compulsory standard.
Specific requirements for product traceability and recall, management requirements for records and documents are also included in the Standard.
