Abstract
This Standard specifies the basic requirements and management rules to be satisfied for places, facilities, and personnel involved in the raw materials procurement, acceptance, processing, packaging, storage, and transportation in the production process of aquatic products. The Standard is a compulsory standard.
The Standard emphasizes the food safety control requirements for the entire production process of aquatic products such as raw materials, processing, product storage, and transportation, and sets up main measures to control biological, chemical, and physical pollution. Appendix A is the Guidelines for Microbial Monitoring and Control Procedures in Aquatic Product Processing.
