Abstract
This is a compulsory standard. The Standard applies to vegetable protein products for food processing purposes. It does not apply to cottonseed protein and rapeseed protein.
The Standard stipulates the basic requirements to be satisfied for vegetable protein products for food processing purposes, including their physical and chemical indicators; hygienic requirements; limit of mycotoxins; pollutant limits; etc.
