Abstract
These Norms are formulated in accordance with the Regulation on Veterinary Drug Administration, aiming to strengthen the business operation and quality management of veterinary drugs and guarantee the quality of veterinary drugs. The Norms shall apply to the veterinary drugs business operation enterprises within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
The Norms consist of 37 Articles divided into 9 Chapters: General provisions (I); Places and facilities (II); Institutions and personnel (III); Rules and systems (IV); Purchase and warehousing (V); Display and storage (VI); Sales and transportation (VII); after-sale service (VIII); Supplementary provisions (IX).
According to Article 32, veterinary drug trading enterprises shall provide technical consulting services to buyers, express service conventions and quality commitments at the business premises, and guide buyers to use veterinary drugs scientifically, safely and reasonably. Veterinary drug trading enterprises shall not mislead buyers, and shall promote the veterinary drug in accordance with the labels, instructions veterinary drugs approved by the competent veterinary authorities (Art.32).
