Abstract
This Notice is formulated to earnestly implement the work plan of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on the prevention and control of new coronavirus infection pneumonia, and protect the health and life safety of fishermen.
If fishing licenses, fishery crew certificates and other relevant fishery licenses and certificates are due to expire, the fishery authorities at all levels may postpone the cases until the end of the epidemic. During this period, if the fishermen do have production and living needs, they can still use the current certificates.  In order to avoid the impact of the epidemic situation on fishery production and effectively reduce the burden of fishermen, the provincial fishery authorities should cooperate with the relevant departments to complete the work of fund review and allocation in time in accordance with the relevant fund management regulations, and guide and urge the competent fishery authorities within their jurisdiction to speed up the distribution of subsidy funds, improve the efficiency of fund distribution, and effectively alleviate the concerns of the fishermen.
