Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs on Doing a Good Job in Preventing the Entry of Overseas Corvid-19 Pneumonia through Ocean Fishing Vessels.

This Notice is issued to earnestly implement the relevant requirements of the State Council Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism, and to effectively prevent overseas epidemic from entering the China via ocean-going fishing vessels.
The Notice requires to establish and improve the epidemic risk prevention and control mechanism through the advance declaration system for ocean-going fishing vessels returning to home country, an inspection system for offshore fishing vessels to dock at designated locations, and the dynamic daily reporting system for crew members of ocean-going fishing vessels. The Notice further provides for the measures for the health of seafarers before their leaving from China, the prevention and control of the source of the epidemic situation of fishing vessels, and the inspection and quarantine of the crew of fishing vessels returning China.
